SHIPPING / DELIVERY TIME:

We do our best to process your order ASAP. You will receive a notification by email following a completed order with payment confirmation. Delivery to your door from USA warehouse is usually 7-14 days.

RISK OF LOSS:

• Sea Eagle Boats ensure that all items arrive in good condition at the receiver’s door. Inform us immediately by clicking on CONTACT US if there are any problems with the shipment. 
• In the case of damage upon delivery or defects to any of our products, the following will need to be sent to SEA EAGLE JAPAN immediately upon detection:
  
  • Photos of the damage or defect 
  • The hull ID number

PAYMENT METHODS:

SeaEagle.jp accepts both bank transfer and credit card payments. All credit card transactions are processed by Stripe, a secure fast online payment system. Stripe accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB.

PRICE:

• International Shipping is included in all prices. 
• All boat packages are charged 10% duty tax by the Japanese government (included in all prices).
